Our membership is $15 per calendar year. Stop by when an activity is on and try it out free of charge to see if you enjoy yourself. COME DOWN 6TH STREET SW IN ORDER TO PARK IN CENTRE PARKING LOT.

OPEN HOUSE: Saturday, January 18, 2025 @ noon-4pm to renew or get a new membership.
January: We have a 50/50 raffle going on at the Centre monthly and you need to put $2 in the provided envelopes into the 50/50 box. You can't win if you don't put in an envelope.
January 2025: There won't be a ladies luncheon this month.
February 5: The next monthly ladies luncheon at a different local restaurant will be on Wednesday Feb 5th. This will be at 11:15am to 12:45pm so you can get back to your afternoon activity that day. A sign up sheet will be posted.
January 5: Film Workshop being held on Sunday, Jan 5th by Unity Film Festival. This will be all day and has a free lunch. It is being held at the Call of the West Museum. If interested in attending you need to register with the Senior Centre office.
January 11: Volunteers are needed to help take down all the Christmas decorations at the Senior Centre. This will start at 10am on Saturday, Jan 11th. The more volunteers we get the faster it will get done.
January 13: The next Board meeting will be held at 10am on Monday, Jan 13th. Any members that wish to attend may come out.
January 18: There is an Open House for members to renew their membership for 2025 or for anyone 55+ that would be interested in becoming a member. This will be on Saturday, Jan 18th from noon-4pm. The jam session will be from 2-4pm that day as well.
January 18: We are going to have a jam session with live local music on the 3rd Saturday of every month at 2pm-4pm. The cost is $1. We will have the monthly birthday cake (donated by Sobeys) at these sessions as well. All members are welcome to come out.
January 20: We will have a special presentation on Monday, Jan 20th at 10am-11:30am. Wild Rose will be talking about all the different programs they have for seniors and any other ones they have. This is free to members. Coffee/tea will be available.
January 27: We have another special presentation on Monday, Jan 27th at 10am-noon. Canada Revenue Agency will be discussing 2025 Highlights for Seniors and the latest scams and digital services plus some other federal programs. This is free to members. Coffee/tea will be available.
