Membership & Hall Usage

Our membership is $20 per calendar year for 2026. Stop by when an activity is on and try it out free of charge to see if you enjoy yourself.  You can do this three times before getting a membership.  COME DOWN 6TH STREET SW IN ORDER TO PARK IN CENTRE PARKING LOT.

      Hours of Operation is based on activities that day.

Special Events

September:  We have a 50/50 raffle going on at the Centre monthly and you put $2 in the provided envelopes along with your name & number into the 50/50 box.  You can't win if you don't put in an envelope.

September Activities:  Euchre will continue on Wed at 1pm in the back card room with Whist and Texas Holdem which will start this Wed, Sept 9.  Tai Chi will have a beginner class at 10am and an intermediate class at 11am starting Sept 9.  RummyO will start on Tues, Sept 15 at 1pm. Darts will start on Thurs, Sept 24 at 1pm.  Chair Yoga will be cancelled on Friday, Sept 18 & 25.  The outdoor activities in George Lane Park will be done at the end of September when the main washrooms will be closed.

September 2:  The next monthly ladies luncheon located at a different local restaurant  will be on the first Wednesday except if it is a holiday.  This will be at 11:15am to 12:45pm so you can get back to your afternoon activity that day.  A sign up sheet will be posted.

September 12:  There will be a Pancake & Sausage Breakfast from 9am-10am - Tickets on sale now for $5.  We will be serving coffee and tea with the breakfast.  We will need volunteers to cook, serve and clean up.

September 14:  The next Board meeting will be held at 10am on Monday, Sept 14th.  Any members that wish to attend may come out.

September 19:  There will be the jam session and Sept birthday cake.  Come out to listen to some great local musicians on Saturday, Sept 19th at 2-4pm or play some games while listening to music.

September 23:  On Wednesday, Sept 23rd there will be a FREE special presentation for members from 4-6pm in the back card room.  This will be on Therapeutic Touch.  Learn about energy and pain management from a licensed rep.

September 26:  On Saturday, Sept 26 is the Lee Amlin Duplicate Bridge Tournament. There is still room available and tickets are $25/person which includes lunch and has a limit of 72 people.  Doors open at 11am and there will be 3 for $5 50/50 tickets available.

September 28:  There will be a FREE special presentation for members on Monday, Sept 28 from 10am-noon from the Alzheimer's Society.  They will be talking about Understanding Dementia and Alzheimers.
